Resident's responsibility:

• Electric heat
• Monthly sewer bill of $53 (invoiced from Flying Hills)
• Carpeting - must cover 50% of oak floor
• Refrigerator, washer and electric dryer (if desired)
• Rental Insurance - required at signing of lease
• NO PETS ALLOWED!! – does not matter how small
• A $100.00 application fee is required, which is non refundable. Once your application has been approved you must have your non refundable decorator fee equivalent to one months rent less the $100.00 paid within 10 days or your application is void and the application fee is not refunded.

ONE YEAR LEASE - automatically renews in sixty-day periods upon anniversary date.
