Rent includes:
water, trash removal, and 24 hour maintenance.
Resident's responsibility:
- Electric heat
- Monthly sewer bill
of $55 (invoiced from Flying Hills)
- Carpeting - must
cover 50% of oak floor
- Refrigerator,
washer and electric dryer (if desired)
- Rental Insurance -
required at signing of lease
- NO PETS ALLOWED!! – does not matter how
small
- A $100.00 application
fee is required, which is non refundable. Once your application has
been approved you must have your non refundable decorator fee
equivalent to one months rent less the
$100.00 paid within 10 days or your application is void and the
application fee is not refunded.
ONE YEAR LEASE -
automatically renews in sixty-day periods upon anniversary date.
