Resident's responsibility:

• Electric heat
• Monthly sewer bill of $53 (invoiced from Flying Hills)
• Carpeting - must cover 75% of oak floor
• Refrigerator, washer and electric dryer (if desired)
• Rental Insurance - required at signing of lease
• NO PETS ALLOWED!! – does not matter how small – NO PETS ALLOWED!!
• Non-refundable decorator fee - equivalent to one month's rent and required with application. This fee will be refunded in full if you are denied for any reason.

ONE YEAR LEASE - automatically renews in sixty-day periods upon anniversary date.
