Beautifully restored stone walls, vaulted beamed ceilings, chandeliers, wide plank flooring and full service kitchen – all overlooking
the Flying Hills Golf Course. Wedding ceremonies may be held outdoors or moved indoors should weather conditions demand. Your contract provides use of the facility from 8AM – 12 midnight on the day of your event (“Sunday Special rental excluded). Our air conditioned banquet facility is handicapped accessible and offers convenient parking in the Flying Hills Village Center. The only “extra” at “The Barn” is the option to reserve the upper level deck overlooking the pool area.

Our unique setting offers you the flexibility in planning your event your way! You choose your caterer or you may select one from the listing of caterers who have provided services in the past.

The rental fee includes enjoyment of both floors of “The Barn” – and also the lower level outdoor patio. Seating capacity on the main level averages 125 – 135 depending on the type of catering service. Our tables and chairs are set up according to your needs prior to your event. We provide round dining tables and cushioned chairs, buffet tables, cake table, sweetheart table and lighted trees along with an adjoining room in which to set up your bar. All other items are selected and arranged for by you and/or your caterer.

Rental fees are listed below. Your initial payment along with a signed contract will reserve your date.
