Lease Terms: §
ONE-YEAR LEASE - the lease automatically renews every sixty-day period upon
anniversary date (a 60-day written notice is required in order to terminate
the lease). §
APPLICATION FEE & NON-REFUNDABLE DECORATOR FEE – A $100 application fee is
required. We complete
credit/criminal background checks and employment/landlord verifications. Upon approval, a non-refundable
decorator fee equivalent to one month’s rent is required. Your $100 application fee will be
applied to this amount. §

Resident's Responsibility: §
TV Cable payment - $34.00/month for the basic channels. §
GAS & ELECTRIC – Residents are responsible for paying for gas and
electric (combined monthly estimates are $100 - $130 for a one bedroom
apartment and $140-$150 for a two-bedroom apartment per month). §
CARPETING
- 50% of oak parquet floors must be covered with area rugs. §
The residents must provide their own refrigerator, washer and
dryer - Hook-ups are
provided in each apartment. |
