Three Month Lease Minimum – automatically renews in thirty–day periods upon anniversary date. A thirty day written notice to vacate is required as of the 1^st of the month.

· Refundable security deposit – Deposit refundable provided unit is in same condition at vacate as it was at the time of move-in. 

During approval process, this fee will be returned in full if you are turned down for any reason.  We do a credit check, criminal report, employment verification check and landlord verification check prior to approval.  **Corporations must complete a credit application.

Responsibility of tenant: Rugs/Carpeting – must cover 50% of oak parquet floors
